Among the major IC design flow, e.g. Cadence, Synopsys (Avanti), Mentor, which one do you recommend for Analog IC design in Linux or Sun Solaris Environment in terms of simulation, layout, rc extraction, foundry design rule/model support.

Is availability of Linux version a PLUS?

I think c@dence's design flow is better. Also IC 5.0 has linux version which gives chance for personal practising.
