Hi,
Can any body tell me that how much minimum voltage is required to power up the Comparator contained active rectifier.

Thanks
Ammad

Hi,

I don´t see a schematic.
Maybe you missed to upload it.

Klaus

Dear Klaus,

Actually, i want to ask in general.
Anyway for convenience the schematic is attached. I am using 0.18um process.

thanks active diode topology.png

Are you asking about VRECT? It must be sufficient to power the comparator (question refers to the yet unknown internal comparator circuit) and to turn on M15 (question refers to M15 threshold voltage and it's source voltage level, unknown as well).

Yes, i am asking about VRECT.....
How much VRECT should be to turn ON the MOSFET (M15) shown.........
