Compact Flash to IDE

Dear all Friends

I have made a Compact Flash to IDE adaptor to convert my CF card to a fixed storage HDD But I get a problem when I partition and formatting it every thing goes wrong Compact Flash seem to be unstable and all files that I creating on it have error and all characters are wrong for example COMMAND .COM became CNMALND.CNM
I think I have a speed incompatibility but even I set it on PIO mode 0 so please tell me what must I do? Is there anyone who done this the same project?

Try to use short cable and wires,and try this adapter its working .
