Hi friends,

Can someone please tell me whether i can do communication between 2 microcontrollers placed at a distance of 30-50 mtrs from each other. I want to transmit data with wires. I cannot use TXD(P3.1) & RXD(P3.0) of both the microcontrollers. I have to basically transmit a digital value from one end and have to displayit on 2nd end. I have to use microcontrollers on both ends(which is compulsory) i have drawn a basic diagram please go through it.

Thanks

With best regards
Garg

Hi!
You can transmit data by using differential driver IC's e.g SN75176.
Read its data sheet. If u have any problems then ask.
Regards.
