code working in proteus and not on real hardware

I have doubt that code working in proteus but not on real hardware.
But few days back code was worked on hardware too.
then what may be the problem.

i was run usb stack from microchip and 18f4550 pic.
XC8 compiler.
Is there possibility to damage pin?

Maybe is missing PullUp resistor to VCC on MCLR pin or error in fuses!!!
