hi everybody i want acode in verilog for a 6-bit array multiplier..... plz help me..

I guess you wanted to implement the binary multiplier. A very illustrative example is given here:

If you are familiar with the basics then you can implement it your own.If you get some errors or get stuck somewhere, then tell us.We will help you. But you cannot expect some one to write the complete code for you.
