coated and uncoated boards

Can anyone tell me What are

1.Coated Boards( any elevation)
2.Uncoated Boards(sea level – 10,000 ft)&
3.Uncoated Boards(over 10,000 ft.)

hi all,
I too have the same question. and I have seen this in the standards like IPC.

How Can I determine the elevation while designing a board, if the pcb is used internationally?
