NMOS and PMOS when arranged in series and parallel give different logic. so make sure you maintain the arrangement to achieve the logic. -------|----------|----------------| | Series | Parallel | -------|---------- |---------------| NMOS| AND | OR | -------|----------|----------------| PMOS | NAND | NOR | -------|----------|----------------| maintain and keep in mind this truth table (atleast a truth table like) arrangement when u want to design a CMOS circuit. with regards, arun
