cmos fall time

Can anybody give me the complete derivation of rise and fall time equations of a cmos inverter?

have you ever downloaded a philips datasheet

very complex stuff already there

most cmos datasheets give this info

rise and fall time

is really rise on fall and fall on rise

and 1 second / incrums of such events
