Hi,

Do anyone know what is the CMOS part no for 74HC573 replacement? I need high voltage (VDD = 15V) CMOS chip same function as HC573. I couldn't find the CMOS datasheet for Octal D-type transparent latch, 3-state.

Please anyone can help me?
