HI all

Is any way make 50M(crystal freq) into 24M(working freq needed)?
any HDL or DLL or DCM skills are nice to me (xilinx FPGA)

thanks in advace

ya,xilinx architecture wizard help you to make that dcm.

If you happen to be using a Spartan-3, read this Xilinx app note. It describes DCM operation and the DCM Wizard. You don't have to use the wizard all the time (you can write your own HDL), but the wizard is a good way to learn the required settings.
