Class G and Class H power amplifier

Dear all,

For now a day high power professional audio power amplifier design, Class G amplifier is the mainstream. Almost all of the great design are Class G.
So, could anybody help me with a class G amplifier design?

1. I want to know what's different between Class G and Class H amplifier?

2. What benifit of calss G amplifier?

3. What is the implement ?

4. How to design?

I think there is even a class T amplifier....
I don't know the difference between them....:?::?:
 

Quite different between class T and class G amplifier.

Class T is one kind of digital power amplifier. Class G and Class H still analog.
