Hello, can you help me solve the design problem-

Design a class E power amplifier delivering 100 mW power using 0.18 μm standard CMOS process with 1.8 volt supply for 2.4 GHz application. Assume kn = 200 μA/V2 and kp = 50 μA/V2 and Vth = 0.5 volt.

pardon me for ignorance but i don't understand the meaning of "class E",so can u explain it.

I found it in the book "The Design of CMOS radio frequency integrated circuits" by Thomas H. Lee.
You can download it from here - **broken link removed**
Its in the pages - 505-507
