Class D amplifiers with split rail supply voltage.....Power balanced?

Hello,

Regarding Class D amplifiers for Audio use (driving load speakers.)

If they run off a split rail (+/- 35V), then does the +35V rail consume the same power as the -35V rail?
 

If it doesn't then you would be putting a DC average bias on the speakers.
