i want to design a class B amplifier and i want to know how to calculate source and load impedance to have this class
a tutorial or an example will be awesome

if it is for an audio application, look for class AB instead ob B (google)

What's your specification? I think there are many MMIC can fit for you.

Now depends what active element you want to use: BJT, GaAs, LDMOS, GaN, Tube, TWT...
