class A power amplifier using 2n3866

can any one help me with class A power amplifier using 2n3866 transistor.it is for my tv transmitter.i want it for 200mhz approx.
 

i saw that one.it is a little complex design.if u could get a simpler one it will be better.or else pls give some tutorial for designing such an amplifier
 

u see i just want 1 w output.so if we bias just one 2n3866 it will do my job.so i need something like that
 

atleast some help me to bias that transistor in class A and to desing the matching filter
 

is it that difficult to design a class a amplifier
