Clarrrification about gerber files...

Dear all...
I m using GC preview to viewing gerber files..I cant find any options to search and find options in that software... i hav seen in tutorial as there ill be tool bar to measure distances between required feilds.. Tracing net and all is too classic method lyk following lines.. So i m requesting you to help me some other useful softwares for viewing Gerber files...Else approch some ideas for GC preview to use with most comfortability...

What do you want to do that you cannot find in GC-Prevue?

(Remember - its a Gerber "viewer" only)
