Am new to this embedded field
pls suggest me to get good job in this field
I need some course details which is helpful to get job

Become expert in 8 / 16 bit and mandatorily 32 bit controller. learn any RTOs properly and develop self confidence.
You will see the change

Studying or knowledge in ARM-6/7 along with RTOS as referred above & excellent knowledge in a programming language(assembly language or C language) will help you a lot in this industry for getting nice scopes.

There are variety and flavours of RTOs depending on the field of application. QNX, MicroC-OS -2 is usually used for automotive.
Mobile- Android, symbian, REXX etc
general / industrial: vxworks, POSIX
Some other RTOS RTLINUX.
Irrespective of any RTOs the basic concepts are always same. So learning any at basic level is same, It is beeter you start with microC OS-2, or vxworks at learning stages.

All the company websites hav material for all, try downloading those documents.
My suggestion is first learn some basics of UNIX / LINUX, it will help you in learning any RTOS
