Circuit for Counting an RF Pulse

hi
I want to count a RF pulse with frequency 1.3 GHz at maximum.
I find a device : LMX5080
This device divide input pulse and then logic circuit can count
divided pulse.

Can you offer me a newer or better solution (Hardware) ?
