Connect Pin 40 and 31 to Vcc 5 volts, 20 To Gnd. Connect a crystal of 4.00 Mhz to 18 and 19 pins. Pin 19 is reset. Connect a 10K resistor to Gnd, as well a 10 microfarad 25v capacitor to Vcc from the same pin. Programming Pins 6,7,8 and 9 to the respective pins of the programmer. Thatz it...Cheers
