Hello friends,
i want using TVS diode on Can L and Can H MCP2551
what Breackdown voltage good for this ?

Hi,

According MCP2551 datasheet:
Absolute max voltage at CANH, CANL is +/-42V.

TVS diode:
The clamping voltage at the expectable peak current (you need to decide this on your own) needs to be lower than 42V.
