check stationarity of signal in matlab

How to check if a signal is stationary in matlab? I have a speech signal and I want to check if it is stationary in a duration of 40ms. Could someone please help me out with the code.
 

What do you mean saying "stationary"?
Stationary random process - you cant check if it is on such a short period of 40 ms.

Yes I am talking about a stationary random process. Could you tell me how it can be implemented in MATLAB
