check RPM of DC motor in proteus

I m using proteus and i just give power and ground to dc motor then there is box of numbers indicate something. so what is it indicate?

It states kRPM, or thousands of rounds per minute

And how can i interface it with pic18f2550. i have to rotate it only one direction so i think TIP122/120 can work.
