The bandwidth of the baseband signal. Read some docs how does a SDR work.
 

What on Earth does " Please allow 1-3cm error due to manual measurement." mean in the link???

To be fair, I have a simple SDR based on the same chipset here and it does work reasonably well but can't compete with my analog and DSP based receivers by a long way.

This RTL chip has got 8bit ADCs so dynamic range will be poor in comparison with analogue receivers. I use my NooElec NESDR SMArt as a indicator rather than a instrument...
