Hello,

I wanted to start the standard cell characterization of any cell(say Inverter) using SiliconSmart. I have SiliconSmart license. Can any one please suggest me how to start characterization practically. By reading I know that the input to the SiliconSmart is SPICE transistor level netlist, SPICE model etc . Please suggest me while doing practically what all input settings I need to do.

Thanks in advance,

M.Ali

You have to configure some .tcl script. Like configure.tcl, driver.tcl, condition.tcl etc. It is mentioned in the siliconsmart manual. Beside this you need the basic inputs, like the spice models, cell level netlists, PTV corners. I do not have the manual right now, else I can guide you about the details.
