Hello all. After creating a schematic in CDN virtuoso, I may want to create a symbol. The fastest way is by create cellview from cellview. a rectangle is generated, with borders, pins with lines, and all. How does one steup the length of the pin lines. I.e. instead of <pin name >---* I want it to be <pin name > -*, what "*" is the pin terminal contact, the line is comprised of "-", and the <pin name > is where the pin is. I think that it is edaitable by SKILL, but did not find the correct function.
Any thoughts?

If you create a symbol by clicking cellview from cellview, your CDS.log file should show you which SKILL code is used for running this command. Then you could either edit it to your requirement, or copy it to a new name and call the edited SKILL file by a load() or loadi() command.

I'll give it a shot.
Thanks!

Unfortunately, no SKILL is printed in the CDS.log file, just INFO messages...
I'll look to see if there is a verbose flag.
