1) How do I change pad sizes globally in Proteus-ARES (inner and outer diameter and also the shape of the pad)?

2) For hand-drilling, is there in Proteus-ARES a drill aid facility similar to the "drill-aid.ulp" script existent in Eagle? Without such an aid I can not center the drill in the middle of the pad.

Short explanation: I have boards already designed in Proteus-ARES. Unfortunately, they were designed to be made by specialized machines. However, with some small modifications, changing the size of the pads globally (they are many) and a drill-aid facility I could make the PCBs by hand using the photoresist method.
