chain blocking at isolation cells

Hi.

Error: Chain chain0 blocked at DFF gate idig/test_so1_UPF_ISO after tracing 0 cells. (S1-1)

its giving a fatal while doing dft_drc... isolation cell is present before the scan output port.

how to skip isolation cells in scan mode, anyone can tell command for masking isolation while doing dft.

I think you can define that isolation cell by using the "set_isolation_control" command
