cellvic 1520

Any one here familiar with the Cellvic PDA?
I have a cellvic 1520 with 2MB DRAM.
They have another model (also 1520) which is exactly the same, but
with 8MB instead of 2MB.
I want to convert my PDA to 8MB.
On the PCB inside, there is an empty place for soldering, but I am not
sure which memory chip to use, and if to replace (or remove) the
existing 2MB chip.
any one can help?
