DEAR FOLKS,
may be you are able to give me some tips and hints for my problem,
I am trying to simulate a CdTe/CdS thin film solar cell with SILVACO2010.
I defined a set of absorption coefficients versus wavelenght in an ASCII code by a .k file and use it for the material of Cdte in the code.
but when I plot it I see that the values which I had defined for absorption Coeffiecient are devides by a factor of about 2 !!!
I dont know what will happen to them.
The same thing will happen to the SILVACO original examples ,for example solar05 .

Can any body please help me ?
Thank you so much
