cascaded amplifiers question

hello everyone
this question is regarding a cascaded voltage amplifier with three stages.
would the overall voltage gain (Vout / Vsource) be affected if the order of the three stages was changed??

any inputs are appreciated?
 

The gain will be affected by the relationship between the output impedance of one stage and the input impedance of the following stage. If they are different between the stages, the gain will be different. This also holds for the source and load impedance around the three stages.

If they are good designs with high input impedance and low output impedance there is no difference. Also if they are identical.
 

well it basically does but to achieve an exact answer related to multistage amplifiers take a look at grary & meyer's book
