Career suggestion

Hi, friends,

I need some suggestions on my EE career.
I have been working on digital VLSI design for several years.
in small company. Thus I got good experience from front end
to back end. The problem is I feel I become more and more
like an high tech blue collar workers.
So there are several choices in front of me:
1) Back to school, get MS degree, and PHD if possible.
2) Study MBA, switch to management position.
3) Join big company to learn more staff.
Any suggestion? Thanks in advance.

I suggest Join big company to learn more staff. May be get "Day release for a MS degree, and PHD course.

Re: Career suggestion

Can consider switching to another company....can take up MS/PhD or MBA as part time if you have time. These days working experience has higher value than academic qualification(I am not talking abt degree). Just my thoughts.

Re: Career suggestion

normally it is good to switch company after working in the company for 3 years. So that, you can learn up new design, new circuit, new product and also can learn
from different experinced designer.
