Hi all,

I just started my career as physical design engineer. I worked at a startup company for a year, and I got laid off. It's been tough to find a job with my little experience (in US). If you know there's any other route that get you to an experienced PD engineer, please help. I need some guidance from your personal experience. All the PD jobs posted are asking for 5 years exp, and there's none that take fresher or people on junior level. I love PD, and I want to continue down this path. Please give me some advice. Thank you
