What happens to drain capacitance and overall capacitance ,if i do fingering of device..
Drain Capacitance will decrease when the MOS undergoes finger structure.
Eg: S|D -> Will have more Drain Cap comparatively
S|D|S -> Fingered (having same width as above) Here the Capacitance will be less .

How Filler is used for ECO cell generation. ???
Filler cell will have all the base layers present in the layer.
Namely: NWELL,PWELL,N and P Active regions, Poly and other layers like NSD,NLDD.. (Depending upon technology)
ECO cells are made using these filler cells.
ECO = Filler + Metal and Contact connections
ECO uses filler and it uses the metal connection to derive the functionality of the required cells .
