I have a set of two runs 94 mm long by 0.13 mm high and .254 mm wide. They are 5 mm apart and lie on fiberglas circuit (FR4) board. I would like to calculate the capacitance and fringing capacitance through the board, air and teflon on top. Any pointers as to where I could look for fringing capacitance equations? Thank you.
