hi i need to design a capacitance multiplier for a by pass capacitance(i mean not for gorunded capacitance) ....please suggest me how to start........

First you must start with thinking through any specifications and purpose. What values, ow fast, how big, etc.
You have provided absolute none information that may lead to a solution.

It's pretty much like - I want to build my own car. Where do I start and how to do it?

hi sir ..i want to use a capacitance of 10u f.
It is very big value ..we cannt get it with present tech..or it will take more area..so i need to generate it with 10pf it self.....is there any circuit plz..help me...

10 micro farads is in my eyes not a particulary great value for a cap.

I do have som caps lying around wich have that value. They're typically at size of my finger tip. Depends of their rated voltage.
