Hi All friends
I got a issue when I created the board outline in Allegro. The DXF files was created by mechanical guy,but I don't know what software he used to create it.After Import it to Allegro,i found the board outline were divided into many segments. so I tried to use the "compose shape" to make all many segments to a complete line for creating routing keep-in ,package keep-in. But allegro said there were some disconnections,so it can't compose shape.I also really found some disconnection, but you know it's very difficult to find all disconnections.
So I want to know if is there any solution about this issue?
Thanks in advance.

One way is to use a mechanical edit tool like Autocad and open the DXF in it and use join commands to make it one continuous polygon and re import it to Allegro.

Thank you, majnoon. I will try.

As many other PCB tools Allegro hates splines and ignores then.
Secondly if You have problems with openings these are rather large and should be no problem to find as Allegro do accept some minor flaws in the DXF.

Try in the mech tool to convert all splines to arc or polylines.
