Hello, I am working on an academic project and the objective is to achieve simple serial communication via the canbus protocol between these two identical cards (two nodes: they consist of a microcontroller, the controller and the tranceiver) I have read the datasheet but I did not understand well because I do not know much about the can and I would like to know this information:
*how to power these two cards.
* which software I must use (MPLAB, Micro c ...).
*is it important to use a can analyzer.
*Are there libraries that contain everything and if so what are the spots that I must add in the software.
the datasheet: https://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/50001757B.pdf
Thank you in advance.
