Dear all,
I want to know could I calculate the light extraction efficiency of the organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs) using XFDTD software. For example: for the OLED with the structure of ITO coated glass substrate/NPB/ALQ/Al. The light is emitting from the interface of NPB and ALQ, and the Al can be considered as a mirror, the light will emit out from glass to air. I want to calculate the light extraction efficiency of this device.
Can I use XFDTD to calculate it?
Thanks.
Best regards,
Virtuosa
