Can we program microchip PICs like pic 16f84 by KEIL?

Can we program microchip PICs like pic 16f84 etc by KEIL.

This means i sould install any other software to program microchip pics like MPLAB but it is too large, Is there any utility of keil to program microchip pics.

yes you need to go for some other IDE like keil.
eg.
