can we calculate link budget for rectenna

Hello Everyone

during my calculations for rectenna design I got confused with the link budget, can we calculate a link budget between my transmitting horn antenna and receiving slot antenna if i know gain for the both antenna, receiving power by my slot antenna (that i have measured via spectrum analyzer) and distance between both antenna? if yes then how it should have to be don?
