can the voltage measured in the CRO can be converted in to its equivalent power?

Re: voltage to power?

you have to know the current because Power=Voltage*Current

Re: voltage to power?

Square the voltage and divide by Rin of the CRO. P = V²/R

this is the power absorbed by CRO , not the power applied from source voltage

the power of the measured line voltage is changed depending on load impedance and supply capacity
