WLL ????

In a WLL system...can the allocated frequency spectrum be re-used...
Since handoff is not authorized...will frequency re-use be feasible???

It depends on WLL system (and vendor). There are various access methods used including FDMA, TDMA and CDMA and of course frequency reuse can be applied. I've even seen CDMA system which re-used radio channels (by Airspan).

Also in some WIP systems, which uses TDMA techniques, if you have two sites all operating in the same band, you space your sectors so that two sectors of the same frequency do not interfere with each other.
