can someone recommend a good 2 serial port pci card for windows 7?

I'm looking for a good serial port pci card for my windows 7 machine that I can use for testing serial ports on chips with UARTs on board. I heard the Startech cards are pretty good. The ones with the 16c950 chips? There are so many to choose from. Does anyone have any favorites?
