Can S2p file be used in the transient simulation in ADS?

Can S2p file be used in the transient simulation in ADS? In the schemtic of my oscillator there is a component with s2p file, when doing transient simulation, the output frequency differs greatly from the one in HB simulation, is it caused by the S2p file based component?
