can replace DS1302 by DS1302+?

Can I replace DS1302 with a DS1302+.
DS1302+ is a lead free and RoHS compliant device while DS1302 not.
I attached the DS1302 and DS1302+ datasheet as well.

It is must that now days ...to use LEAD FREE conponnets..

Both the chips are logic wise same..only difference
is lead FREE components

SO pls use lead free comonents
