Can PIC24H and PIC24F be Programmed using a Xilinx JTAG.

I have a homemade Xilinx JTAG that works well with CPLDs and FPGA.I want to know if i can use the same to program PIC24H anf PIC24F ICs.If so, can you specify JTAG Pin Names and Xilinx Equivalent.Thank You

Not to my knowledge.
An ICD2 or PICkit2 can do the 24F series.
