PIC possible to communicate with labview through Serial comm port??

Yes it is no more difficult than with any other programming language, probably easier.

Use the Basic Serial Read and Write.vi example as a starting point for your Labview software.
There are lots of serial port examples ( see Microchip website for app notes and software ) for use with what ever PIC you are using.
