Salam!
Use Winpic800 software it supports a lot of different hardwares. Moreover you can even configure the software to support any type of hardware.Try it.

Hi,
yes you can. Go to Settings - Hardware. Choose "ProPic2 programmer". Select "Invert MCLR" and "Invert VCC". That's it.
