Can I have on chip resistors of 50 KΩ and capacitances of 100pF in 65 nm technology?

Hi all,
In 65 nm technology is it possible to have on chip resistors of 50 KΩ and capacitances of 100pF ?

Lumped or not

It will be very easy to lay a 50 KOhm resistor and a 100pF cap.

Added after 2 minutes:

Check your design menual to find the right resistor type. For a cap, you can use moscap and on its top use metal finger cap. In 65nm, the metal finger cap density will be big.

Thanks ywang_67 for your reply.
Could you please elaborate the techniques that use moscap and on its top metal finger cap ? I have no idea how it is looks like.
